YOU GET ME

My fourth solo show with Curatorial+Co Sydney 30th September to 17th October 2026

I’m honoured to have loan of a beautiful weighted shelving system by Ashley Corbett Smith to display two of my sculptures. The structure spoke to the shadows, materiality and playfulness that I wanted to encapsulate within this show. Drawn from old family photographs, life drawing and my favourite museums, I felt the need to pull figurative forms, distorted and ungainly out of the abstraction, reconfiguring anew after dismantling.
